Parmet’s scope included the manufacturing and installation of anodized aluminum facade and ceiling coverings. The important aspects of this object were the implementation of the architect’s various ideas into a functional solution and the cooperation with the glass facade contractor, since the entire facade is essentially attached to the glass facade profiles. Building a facade on a small property in the city center was also a challenge.

The project is special in that almost all non-glass surfaces are covered with anodized aluminum. Due to the short construction period, it was necessary to harmonize the entire facade into such products, which made it possible to produce the products in the factory in advance, in order to reduce the installation time on site. This significantly reduced installation time on site, reducing the cost of installation and lifting equipment.
