Facade Cassettes

Cassette facades allow for the use of various materials, colors, and sizes to create a versatile outer shell for a building. It is possible to create systems with different cassette dimensions, joint sizes, and cassette depths. Concealed or visible attachment cassettes are available.

Cassettes can be made from a wide variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, Cor-Ten (weathering) steel, aluminum composite panel, copper. Additionally, all materials have a wide range of colors to choose from.

A facade cassette is mostly a rectangular facade element made from 0.7-1.5 mm thick steel or 1.0-2.0 mm thick aluminum sheet (pre-painted or unpainted). It is intended for use in covering both exterior and interior facades (including horizontal surfaces, such as ceilings). The standard depth of cassettes is 20-30 mm, with horizontal joints between cassettes being 20-30 mm, and vertical joints ranging from 0 to 30 mm.

There are types of cassettes with visible attachment, where the screws used to attach the cassettes remain visible in the joints of the facade, as well as concealed attachment cassette types.

Cassettes do not have standard dimensions. The dimensions and solutions for cassettes are chosen based on architectural and construction requirements.
