The building, located in the immediate vicinity of the Port of Tallinn, is covered with aluminum facade shingles. Parmet AS produced the shingles for both the roof and the facade, and also performed the installation. The symbiosis between the old limestone and the modern metal shingle facade creates a contemporary impression for the building.
